The premise for this mini-tour is to showcase songs from Sammy’s AMAZING 40 year career in the music industry with songs encompassing the many bands he’s fronted…Montrose, Van Halen, The Wabos and Chickenfoot. Hagar even debuted a few new tunes off the upcoming album.

What a fun show this was to be at. Sammy has such an engaging and magnetic personality from the moment he hits the stage. The crowd’s at his shows are a fun, boozy older rock n roll crowd…and they’re loyal to a fault. Sammy and all the musicians seemed to be having the time of their lives up on stage as well.

Sammy opened up the show starting with songs from his time with Montrose. Unfortunately we were only allowed to shoot the first 3 songs of the show. With that being said…no photos [later] of Michael Anthony, Mona Gnader, Vic Johnson, David Lauser and Food Network star Guy Fieri on the confetti cannon.
