The Lodge at the Regency Ballroom, San Francisco, CA. – Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers stopped by the the very intimate space called The Lodge above the Regency Ballroom in support of her self-titled debut album.

Tim Bluhm, of The Mother Hips.
While I’ve shot at The Regency Ballroom before, I had no idea about the intimate space 3 floors up called The Lodge. The room holds about 300 people.
“The Lodge features arched open-beam ceilings with dark wood-paneled walls and stained-glass windows. 31 hand-painted backdrops enhance the built-in stage and fully functioning 1909 Austin pipe organ.”
This was the perfect venue for the area local Bluhm’s album release show. She played the new album in it’s entirety including 5 tracks never played before. Husband Tim Bluhm [of The Mother Hips] was on hand to add some additional goodness on piano/organ/guitar/vocals.
