Philadelphia, PA 9.1.12 –The long-awaited return of R-N-B Neo-Soul star of yester-year, D’Angelo, makes a triumphant return to Philly for Jay Z’s Made In America Music Festival.
D’Angelo came out with a fever and swagger that was infectious. Much like the crowd, I had been waiting for the crooner’s return to the big stage for quite some time. His fans endured 2 major hiatuses since his career took off in 1995. Hopefully he is back to stay.
Also excited for his long-delayed 3rd studio album entitled “James River” due out sometime this year.
You can see the rest of my D’Angelo photos here.
